Any spare change, please? Any spare change, please? Anything is greatly appreciated. I would have never thought that I would be homeless, but unfortunately, I am. I called 311 and said, I'm homeless, and I need a roof over my kid's head. Right at the top apartment was mine. Sheriff Department. Come to the door. I looked out the window, and I knew they was coming to put me out. Out of 13 years, this is the worst it's ever been. I didn't have anywhere else to go. There you go. And I don't want my daughter to go through the same. The noise down here is horrible. So imagine trying to sleep here. One man's garbage is another man's treasure. When you're homeless, that's what you're doing. You're surviving. There's not much room to live. Bless the homeless and give them shelter. I do believe in God and I have faith that he's going to bring me out of this. Just because I'm homeless doesn't mean I've given up on everything else. We all need help sometimes and I was willing to take that help. Good to see you, my dear. This is what I want my life to be, having a home. This is where I come from. Being housed would be... life-changing.
